自分にとって自然界と触れ合っていることは、何よりも必要だということに気づき、幼い頃に刺激を受けた地である白馬をおもいだして移住を決めたのが20歳。 ラフティングガイド、熱気球パイロットとしてその魅力を伝える仕事に就く傍ら、人脈を広げ、時には泥まみれになりながら、失敗もたくさんして、その度にたくさんの人に支えられて優しさに触れる事ができた。そんな体験は自分自身のターニングポイントに。 変わる事、変えていく事、変わっていく事。常に変化はつきもの。 そして、変化を恐れない精神は白馬に来る前までの幼い頃からの多くの貴重な時間のおかげ。 そんな経験の全てが歌詞に込められてる曲がこの「To The White Horse」です。
Me, “Moi” who’s the lead vocalist for Mr.Moi, I moved to Hakuba when I was 20, and 10 years have passed until today. I haven’t spent my childhood where it has a great natural field but I never forgot when the time I visited Hakuba when I was just a little girl. I remember those Japanese Alps gave me enormous energy and power, even I was just a small kid, I kind of understand why wildlife attracts people. I believe it’s just a part of human nature. Now I work as an outdoor guide, rafting guide, hot air balloon pilot, etc. to pass on this beautiful experience to another generation and of course let people know how important to unite with nature more often. Not only the good things, but I have also been through so many hard times after I moved to Hakuba. But I realized there are so many good people around me, and I could not thank enough for those who are always with me, supporting me, and being serious about life and myself. I have put my emotion, experience, and a huge passion for this song, hoping this song can be a little spice for you.
今回、私と戦ってくれたのは GOAT Inc.（https://www.goat-i.com/） 自分の居場所を探していた時代、白馬に出会い何かが始まる予感がしたこと、支えてくれた多くの人々への感謝を映像からも表現したいという自身の希望を彼らへ依頼。 そこで彼らの提案してくれた ”日の出の太陽” という究極の一灯で、夜から朝への美しい空の色彩のグラデーションから朝日が出てくるという、地球上で最もドラマティックに光が変化する時間帯での撮影を提案いただき合致。そのロケーションは私のイメージする全てを表現してくれました。 そして、彼らは、彼らの持つ全ての技術と知識でその表現を妥協なく最後まで戦ってくれました。 そんな、最高のチームで完成させたこの作品が皆さんにたくさんのエネルギーを伝えてくれると願っています。
I also want to thank GOAT Inc. （https://www.goat-i.com/）for all the support you have made. I have had some image on my mind about this song and by just telling the team about it, there was one answer. “Why not shoot it from the Japanese Alps, and the time should be just at the sunrise.” The dawn shows us mysterious and beautiful colors of the Mother Nature and gives an extremely dramatic scene. The team hiked up with heavy gears, edited with passion, and yes, the video is a “masterpiece”. So here we are, Mr.Moi now launched a brand new music video!! Stay together, and thanks again for all of your support!!
